While I endeavour to supply accurate information on this site, errors and omissions may occur. HTCC does not accept any liability, direct or indirect, for any loss or damage which may directly or indirectly result from any advice, opinion, information, representation or omission whether negligent or otherwise, contained on this site. You are solely responsible for the actions you take in reliance on the content on, or accessed, through this site.

2. Making an appointment
When you make an appointment with me, you are agreeing to access a service/services listed on the website. I will send you an invoice by e-mail or post invoice to you which outlines the terms relating to the appointment and which indicates that a contract has been made between us. Once payment has been received the appointment is confirmed. There is provision for you to reschedule your initial appointment providing you provide 72 hours notice, failure to do so will result in a default of refund for service, In other words by defaulting on your appointment you will lose your initial down payment This is to ensure that we are not finacially disadvantaged by you not keeping your appointment which could have been offered to someone else.
4. Payment options
Credit Card Payment - Simply use the link in your email to make a payment using your credit card via PayPal.
Alternate method of payment:
If you do not wish to use a credit card to pay for an appointment you may pay He Tangata Career Consultancy by bank deposit details of which are listed on invoice you will receive outlining terms of contract.
5. Website and Credit Card Security
All prices quoted at the time of the initial appointment are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST. Please note that we reserve the right to alter prices at any time for any reason.
I want you to have a safe and secure experience online. All payments via our site are processed using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, whereby sensitive information is encrypted to protect your privacy.
You can help to protect your details from unauthorised access by logging out each time you finish using the site, particularly if you are doing so from a public or shared computer.
6. Processing Period for Appointment
He Tangata Career Consultancy will make every effort to make an appointment within a 10 working day time period from the initial phone call. I will offer you to reschedule appointment or provide a full refund if an appointment is not made within the time frame outlined unless you are agreeable to reschedule to a later date.
7. Intellectual Property
He Tangata Career Consultancy welcomes the use of this site for personal use, non-commercial use, research or study – provided that the user acknowledges all copyright and other notices contained in the content.
I advise that you may not copy or display for redistribution to third parties, or for commercial purposes, any portion of this site without the express permission of He Tangata Career Consultancy.
